Seeds of Hope is a Christian ministry made up mostly of volunteers that desire to come along side young people ages 7 + and their families in the Jane Finch community of Toronto to support, encourage, mentor and disciple. Our vision is to see the community of Jane/Finch transformed by seeing individuals and families strengthened and encouraged by the love of Christ to be the seeds of change not only within their family but in the community and beyond. Our hope is that through our various outreach, mentorship and discipleship programs we will plant “seeds of hope” – hope for a better, fulfilled life, hope for a better community. All our programs are designed to meet spiritual, emotional, social and/or physical needs.

Our programs include: Seeds of Hope Summer Day camp; year-round kids club after school program (which includes the Enterprising Youth program); His Royal Diadems (girls’ program); Hoop to Hope (boys basketball program); and Women of Hope - mothers uplifting mothers (women's program). We also do outreaches that provide backpacks for the homeless, and Christmas toys and food for families.
